Kathellan Farm Park

Welcome to Kathellan Farm Park

Kathellan Farm Park Re-opens For Spring On The 1st of March!

Kathellan's Farm Park is an exciting opportunity to see a selection of rare breeds from the UK. The aim is to support and highlight the importance of protecting rare breeds and 5p from each ticket will benefit The Rare Breeds Survival Trust.

There are many animals in the park such as rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep, goats, ponies, pigs, ducks, geese, chickens. One of the main features of the Rare Breeds Park is the Eriskay ponies. They are the only existing family of Eriskay ponies in the world and Kathellan have a family of five, with a young foal.

Royalty are also present in the park as the Balwen and Jacob sheep came from Scone Palace and there have already been some new additions with the birth of (now teenage) goats and sheep in Spring.

We will be running a number of events during the Spring and Summer months for families. Look out for further information coming soon!
