Kathellan Masterclasses 2006

As an extension to our popular cookery demos, our evening Masterclasses were a huge hit last year. This year, we have a full programme of events, commencing in April including a step-by-step guide to Sushi and Sashimi, Thai Cooking, as well as a cooking with kids class. The masterclasses are slightly more involved and we have invited some quests chefs along.

A new development is our How To Cook series of masterclasses. These were created from customer feedback as many people wanted to go back to basics in the kitchen. The classes will be hands on and will cover the essentials needed for stress-free cooking!

Our masterclasses are £15 unless otherwise stated and run from 7-9pm. Booking is essential.
