Jim the Kathellan Baker

Kathellan Bakery only work with natural ingredients, sourced wherever possible from small local suppliers in Fife. We pride ourselves on baking daily in small batches using traditional methods and recipes to give that ‘just baked at home’ taste.

Our eggs are free range and sourced from a local farmer, the flour comes from Aberfeldy Mill and everything is made with pure butter.
