Once the Bench IT Review™ has been completed, we return to our offices to collate and then evaluate the information, identify any areas for development and provide solutions to address any issues. This forms the basis of our report.
Your report is fed back to you at a separate meeting, convenient to you, by either the Business Development Manager or Account Manager that was present at the original meeting.
As we are Dedicated to Making I.T. Simple™ - our reports are clearly laid out, easy to understand and simple to use. You will receive an objective evaluation of your current I.T. infrastructure, utilizing a traffic light approach:
Red – areas of development required in the short term
Orange – areas of development required in the medium term
Green – areas that are meeting their current business needs. (Yes, we tell you good news too!)
If there are any issues or development points– you will also receive proposals to address these.
